Continuing concern of the task | Rush papers

In write my paper for me cheap objective terms, the "theory of human relations" and the "science of Leon Walther" resemble each other. Both, based on different premises, seek to control human work on the assembly line and ensure a certain level of efficiency and productivity. Since these "theories" are fruits of the specific problems of online production, they can not be easily generalized and applied to production processes of different natures, where labor no longer constitutes a dominant unit.  "In short, the strategy of human relations theory is, through the 'primary groups', to harmonize the interests between capital and labor, it advocates movement, patterns of more 'democratic' leadership, participation in decisions, psychological and social incentives." 25  For the theorist of the division of labor and unconscious work, the natural rhythm of human beings is stronger than sociology.

The professional homogeneity of a group of workers must be respected and this homogeneity is achieved through the study of the biological rhythms inherent to each being; a biologically streamlined work organization will ensure disposition for work, freedom and high productivity.  Unlike Elton Mayo (Hawthorne) and Leon Walther, Cris Argyris, Joseph Litterer and others, by blaming the extreme division of labor as the source of human problems (psychological alienation, frustration, apathy, etc.), generating symptoms such as active syndicalism, absenteeism, turnover, etc., propose as an alternative a new form of organization that makes it possible to recompose tasks.

According to Argyris, because American workers are being well paid, wage incentives are no longer the most important motivating factors; it is increasingly difficult to use the social promotion scheme (ascension in the hierarchy of the company) as a way to motivate.26 Other needs, other motivating agents emerge in the work environment: the needs of self-realization, self-expression and self- esteem appear with all force. The energy that emanates from these needs develops as the individual is given the opportunity to use his intelligence and individual abilities. Opportunities to take responsibility, self-control, self-confidence, and self-respect become extremely important.

For this author, the origin of the problem Can anyone do my assignment lies in the incongruence between the nature of the organizations and the nature of the human personality. While the nature of formal organizations and administrative control processes stimulate dependence, submission, psychological alienation and apathy, the psychological constitution of mature humans points to the need for participation and independence. The human sensations in the face of alienation and apathy are basically: anxiety, conflict, failure, frustration. Faced with these sensations, men develop defense mechanisms: aggression, guilt, overcompensation ..., etc. They are symptoms caused by submission: absenteeism, 'wax' at work, wage claims and active trade unionism ..., etc. which need to be avoided through the intrinsic motivation that springs from accomplishing interesting tasks. Otherwise, the workers will think that Marx was right and will develop attitudes against business. Management needs to develop integrative human resource policies, stimulating engaged human personalities.
