Change the structure of your life

Sometimes we fall into the rut and assume that our habits are disturbing us. Have a panoramic view of your life and ask yourself: What changes could make my life easier? Rather than trying to do everything, focus on activities that specialize in higher values. Delegate or outsource everything else.
